Learning Tajwid Privacy Policy

LEARNING TAJWID PRIVACY POLICY
Effective: 5 October 2026
Android package: com.yawbit.learningtajwid
Privacy and support contact: yawbit7@gmail.com

What the app does
Learning Tajwid provides Quran reading, Tajwid learning materials, quizzes and video lessons. The learner app has no account registration or sign-in. The separate Tajwid Admin app is not covered by this learner-app policy.

On-device information
Language, appearance, reading progress, saved positions, bookmarks, quiz progress and other preferences are stored locally. The learner app does not intentionally upload these reading or quiz records to its catalog database. Android/account-controlled backup and device transfer may copy local app data according to your system settings.

Online catalog and video providers
The app connects to Google Cloud Firestore to read the published lesson catalog and catalog version. Google/Firebase may process technical connection and security information, including IP addresses, to operate and protect its services. The learner app does not create a Firebase Authentication account. See https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Opening a video lesson loads the official YouTube embedded player. YouTube/Google receives network, device/browser, playback and interaction information and may use cookies or identifiers under its own policies. If you are signed into Google in the applicable browser context, Google may associate activity with that account. YouTube may display advertising. Video content can also be opened externally, where the destination app or website's privacy policy applies. By watching videos in this app, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). See also https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not claim that embedded video playback is tracking-free.

Purpose and sharing
Online processing supplies the current lesson catalog and the videos you choose to open. We do not sell personal data. No separate advertising SDK, analytics SDK or crash-reporting SDK is deliberately integrated in the learner app; this does not remove YouTube's own data processing or possible advertising.

Android permissions and security
The app uses Internet and network-state access for online content. It does not request your location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS or broad photo/storage access. Online services use encrypted network connections. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion
There is no learner-app account to delete. Clear this app's storage in Android settings or uninstall it to remove its local data. Manage any Android or Google-account backups separately. This does not erase records retained independently by Google/YouTube; manage those through the relevant Google privacy and activity controls. Contact yawbit7@gmail.com about information you sent directly to our support address or other privacy requests. Support correspondence is used to handle your request and is retained only as needed for that purpose or applicable obligations.

Children, learning materials and changes
Learning Tajwid is intended for teenagers aged 13 and older and adults; it is not directed to children under 13. Parents and teachers should supervise teenage learners when opening external videos and services. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information. The app is a learning aid; consult a qualified teacher for recitation guidance. This policy will be updated when features or data practices change. Contact yawbit7@gmail.com with questions.
